The Society was founded in 1959 and was originally based in the Kippax Methodist Chapel

In 1970 KAOS moved to the Castleford Civic Centre and has been providing theatrical events for the Castleford and surrounding areas ever since then.

We have a membership of over 100 and regular have 40 - 50 active members on stage in our Pantomimes and shows.
